Child Outcome Summary Form

This page allows you to work with child outcome summary data.

To access this page, complete the following steps:

  • Display the Child Detail page.

  • On the Child Detail menu, select the COSF menu option.

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable.

Managing Child Outcome Summary Form Information

You can view COSF information or update detailed information on this page as necessary.
