Provider Search

This page allows you to enter information such as a provider name, ZIP code, payee name or specialty to search for a provider and, depending on how this page is displayed, select a provider to add to the child record.

To access this page, complete the following steps:

On the main menu bar:

On the Home menu, select the Provider Search menu option.

On the Child Detail page:

In the Primary Service Provider section, click the Add button.
Select the Child is Served by a PSP Team radio button.
Click the Provider link.

On the Child Detail menu, select the IFSP menu option. A sub-menu displays.
Select the IFSP Team sub-menu option. The IFSP Team Members page displays.
Click the Add button.
Select the Activated radio button.
Click the Provider link.

Searching for Providers

You can enter information in one or more of the fields on this page to search for providers and view detailed provider information.
