Use this tutorial to add an IFSP meeting for a child on the IFSP Meetings page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the IFSP Meetings page.

Click the Add button. The page refreshes and displays a Meeting Planner section with additional fields for entry.
Add the meeting details.
The Meeting Planner section contains the meeting date, time, type, and location, which can be updated as follows:
In Meeting Date, enter the date of the activity. For more information about entering dates, see the Calendar Controls topic.
In Meeting Time, enter the time of the activity in hh:mm AM/PM format.
In Meeting Type, select the type of activity from the drop-down list and select one or more of the check boxes as necessary.
Select the Transition Meeting check box to indicate the meeting is a transition meeting for a child over the age of 2 years and 6 months.
Select the Summer Service Coordination (3 years old) check box to indicate the child's birthday falls between April 1st and September 8th.
Select the Compensatory check box to indicate the meeting is a compensatory meeting.
In Location, the mailing address of the primary contact for the meeting displays by default. This can be updated as necessary. At least 1 character must be entered, and up to 2000 characters can be entered as necessary.
In Agenda, enter the meeting agenda. At least 1 character must be entered, and up to 2000 characters can be entered as necessary.
Meeting Status displays the current status of the activity.
View the following information in the IFSP Information section:
Type displays the IFSP type.
Period displays the applicable date range.
Primary Setting displays the primary IFSP setting.
Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the IFSP Development Team and Contributors table.
The table lists all active team members. Select at least one team member to invite to the meeting. Detailed information about the members displays in the following columns of the table:
Select the check boxes in the column to indicate whether the team member is invited to the meeting.
Name displays the person's first and last name.
Agency displays the name of the agency with which the person is associated (if applicable).
In Role, select the specific role to assign to the person from the drop-down list.
Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the new information in the IFSP Meetings table, plus the function buttons.
Use the function buttons to manage the IFSP meeting:
Click Delete Meeting to delete a scheduled IFSP team meeting.
Click Schedule Meeting to schedule a tentative IFSP team meeting.
Click Household Worksheet to display the Household Date Worksheet in PDF format.
Once the meeting has been scheduled, the page refreshes and displays new columns in the IFSP Development Team and Contributors table.
The table is used to add attendance for an IFSP meeting. Once the meeting has been scheduled, attendance must be taken before the meeting can be put into an ongoing status. Attendance can be changed at any time until the meeting is finalized:
Select the check boxes in the column to indicate whether the team member is invited to the meeting.
Name displays the person's first and last name.
Agency displays the name of the agency with which the person is associated (if applicable).
In Role, select the specific role to assign to the person from the drop-down list.
In Method of Participation, select the method in which the person participated in the meeting.
In Duration, enter the amount of time in 15 minute increments that the person attended the meeting.
Click Default Duration to apply the value entered in the text box to all meeting members (except those with a Method of Participation of Did Not Participate or By Report).
Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the updated information in the IFSP Meetings table.
Once the meeting is ongoing, the IFSP Information section is enabled and can be updated:
In Type, select the meeting type from the drop-down list.
In Period, enter the start date of the IFSP period. Depending on the Type, the end date may or may not be editable.
In Primary Setting, select the setting where services are to be held from the drop-down list.
Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the updated information in the IFSP Meetings table.
