Use this tutorial to view a list of parental consents for IFSP services on the IFSP Meetings page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the IFSP Meetings page.

Double-click on a meeting in the IFSP Meetings table. The page refreshes and displays detailed information below the table.
View the selected meeting date and status in the IFSP Meetings section heading.
Click the Parental Consent link. The page refreshes and displays a Parental Consent for IFSP Services table.
View the list of parental consents for a child in the Parental Consent for IFSP Services table.

The table contains a list of all parental consents associated with a child's IFSP meeting. Detailed information about the parental consents displays in the following columns of the table:
Service Type displays the type of service provided.
Start Date displays the date on which the activity begins.
End Date displays the date on which the activity is or was completed.
Script Needed indicates whether a physician script or prescription is needed.
