Use this tutorial to view a list of physicians for a child in the Physician section of the Health page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Health page.

NOTE: This page contains collapsible data. Sections can be collapsed by clicking the [-] beside the section heading. Click the [+] to expand the section. Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable. |
Click the [+] to expand the Physician section. The page expands to display the Physician table.
View the list of all physicians for the child in the Physician table.

NOTE: If no results are found, the table displays a single row containing the text: "No Records Found". For more information about tables, see the Tables topic. |
The table contains a list of all physicians currently associated with the child. Detailed information about the physicians displays in the following columns of the table:
Start Date displays the date on which the person (or group) becomes (or became) active or assigned.
Name displays the person's first and last name.
Description displays additional descriptive information.
Active displays the date range for which the person was associated with the child record.
Phone displays the telephone numbers at which the person (or primary contact) can be contacted.
The data in these columns of the table is read-only.
