Use this tutorial to view a list of transition issues for IFSP meetings on the IFSP Meetings page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the IFSP Meetings page.

Double-click on a meeting in the IFSP Meetings table. The page refreshes and displays detailed information below the table.
View the selected meeting date and status in the IFSP Meetings section heading.
Click the Transition link. The page refreshes and displays a Transition table.
View the list of transition issues for a child in the Transition table.

NOTE: If no results are found, the table displays a single row containing the text: "No Records Found". For more information about tables, see the Tables topic. |
The table contains a list of all transition issues identified for a child at each IFSP meeting. Detailed information about the transition issues displays in the following columns of the table:
Transition Topic displays the transition issue.
Transition Activities displays activities to help the child function in the new setting.
