Use this tutorial to view or update a child's neonatal details in the Neonatal section of the Health page.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Health page.

Click the [+] to expand the Neonatal section. The section expands to display detailed information.
View or update the child's neonatal details.
In Date of Birth, enter the month, day, and year on which the person was born. For more information about entering dates, see the Calendar Controls topic.
In Actual Due Date, enter the month, day, and year on which the person is or was expected to be born. For more information about entering dates, see the Calendar Controls topic.
In Gestational Age (Weeks), enter the person's gestational age in weeks. Only whole, numeric digits can be entered.
In Birth Weight (Grams), enter the person's birth weight in grams. Only numeric digits with up to 2 decimal places can be entered.
In Birth Hospital, enter the name of the hospital at which the person was born. Up to 20 characters can be entered as necessary.
Select the Adopted check box to indicate that the person was placed for adoption.
Select the Foster Child check box to indicate that the person was placed in foster care.
Select the APGAR score 6 or less at 5 minutes check box to indicate that the child had an APGAR score of six or less, five minutes after birth. Then, enter the APGAR score. It is unchecked as the default.
Select the Intracranial Bleed check box to indicate that the child had an intracranial bleed at birth. Then, enter the grade. It is unchecked as the default.
Select the Vent/CPAP Dependent check box to indicate that the person was dependent on a ventilator or CPAP after birth. Then, enter the number of days. It is unchecked as the default.
Select the Asphyxiation check box to indicate that the child asphyxiated. It is unchecked as the default.

Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the updated information.
