AT Claim Entry

Use this page to view, add, or update an Assistive Tech claim.

To access this page, complete the following steps:

On the main menu bar:

  • On the Provider Account Management menu, select the Provider Billing menu option.  A sub-menu displays.  Select the AT Claim Entry menu option.

On the Authorization Detail page for an assistive technology authorization:

  • Click Claim Entry.

Managing Assistive Tech Claims

You can manage detailed information for assistive tech claims on this page by adding and updating data as necessary.
