Tutorial: View or Print Medicaid Eligibility History

Use this tutorial to view and/or print the Medicaid eligibility history for a child from the Health Plans page.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:

  1. Display the Health Plans page.

Health Plans page (default view)

Health Plans page (default view) for Coordinator/District roles

Health Plans page (default view) for State role

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable.

  1. Select the Medicaid Eligibility History button.

NOTE:  The PDF displays in a new browser window.  You can print the PDF on a printer by using your browser's print functionality.  For more information, refer to your browser's help system.
