Use this tutorial to view or update eligibility source details in the Eligibility Sources section of the Eligibility page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Eligibility page.

Click the [+] to expand the Eligibility Sources section. The page refreshes and displays a list of eligibility sources in the table.

Double-click on an eligibility source in the table. The page refreshes and displays detailed information below the table.

View or update the eligibility source details:
In Name, enter the first and last name of the person or agency. At least two characters must be entered, and you can enter up to 100 characters as necessary.
In Role, select the specific role to assign to the person from the drop-down list.
In Other, type a description if the proper selection is not available in the drop-down list "Other" is selected in the drop-down list. This is required information if "Other" is selected in the drop-down list.
In Input Method, select the specific method in which the source was input from the drop-down list.

NOTE: Asterisks (*) indicate which fields are required on the page. If required information is missing, an error message displays at the top of the page after saving the data. |
Click the Save button. The page refreshes and displays the new information in the table.
