Use this tutorial to perform an advanced search for one or more messages that currently exist within the database on the Provider Communication Message List page.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Provider Communication Message List page.
Click Advance Search. The Search Communication Messages page displays.
Select one of the following radio button and enter filter criteria in the appropriate fields as necessary to perform a search:
Select the List All Messages radio button to perform a search for all messages that exist.
Select the Message Effective Date radio button and enter a date range to perform a search by effective date. For more information about entering dates, see the Calendar Controls topic.
Select the Message Subject radio button and enter partial or complete subject to perform a search by subject
Select the Message Text radio button and enter specific text to perform a search by content.
Click Search to perform a search based on the filter criteria entered. The Provider Communication Message List page displays.
