Use this tutorial to search for a billing entity that currently exists within the database on the Billing Entity Search page.

NOTE: Some of the fields on this page will allow the entry of partial information to help you narrow your search. |
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Billing Entity Search page.
Select the appropriate radio button and enter filter criteria in the following fields as necessary to perform a search:
In Tax ID, enter the specific tax identification number on which to search.
In Billing Entity Name, enter the name of the billing entity on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen your search. At least two characters must be entered.
Click Search. The page refreshes and results found to match the search criteria display in the Payee List table.
When Search is clicked, results found to match the search criteria specified are displayed in the following column(s) of the table:
Detail provides a link to the Billing Entity Detail page for the selected payee.
Billing Entity Name displays the name of the individual billing entity.
Tax ID displays the tax identification number for the billing entity.
Address displays the street address, city, two-letter state abbreviation, and zip code.

Click the icon in the Detail column of the Payee List table to select a billing entity. The Billing Entity Detail page displays.
