Use this tutorial to view detailed PSP Team meeting information on the PSP Team Meeting Calendar page.

NOTE: Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable. |
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the PSP Team Meeting Calendar page. The current month is displayed by default.
Change the month currently displayed by selecting a different month and/or year in the available drop-down lists. Or, select the following buttons to move through the months as necessary:

Click this button to display the previous month in the calendar. |

Click this button to display the next month in the calendar. |
Click the link for a specific PSP Team meeting displayed on the calendar to view the details and attendance information for the PSP Team meeting as necessary. The PSP Team Meeting Details page displays when clicked.
Under Meeting Information, view the following information for the PSP Team meeting:
Date displays the date on which the meeting is scheduled.
Time displays the time at which the meeting is scheduled.
Team Name displays the name of the PSP Team for which the meeting is scheduled.
Duration displays the duration of the activity in minutes.
