Tutorial: View or Update Billing Entity Details

Use this tutorial to view or update detailed information about a billing entity on the Billing Entity Detail page.

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:

  1. Display the Billing Entity Detail page.

 

Billing Entity Detail page (default view) for State role

Billing Entity Detail page (default view) for Coordinator, District, and Provider roles

  1. View or update the following information as necessary:

  1. In Email, enter the electronic mail address for the person.  Email addresses must be entered in the format of: name@xxx.zzz.  At least 10 characters must be entered, and you can enter up to 50 characters as necessary.

  1. Click Save.  The page refreshes and indicates whether the data saved successfully.
