icon next to a specific site in the Detail column of the Sites table. The Provider Account - Site Detail page displays.
Use this tutorial to view detailed information about a specific site currently associated with a provider account from the Provider Account - Site List page.
Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the Provider Account - Site List page.
Click the icon next to a specific site in the Detail column of the Sites table. The Provider Account - Site Detail page displays.
View the provider account's site detail information.
Description displays additional descriptive information.
Status indicates whether the site is currently active or inactive.
Active Date displays the date on which the site became active for the provider account.
Address displays the street address, city, two-letter state abbreviation, and zip code.
County displays the name of the county in which the site is located.
Phone displays the telephone numbers at which the person (or primary contact) can be contacted.
Fax displays the number to which faxes can be sent.
Email displays the individual's electronic mail address.
Contact displays the first and last name of the contact person.
Payment Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a payment site for a provider.
Service Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a service site for a provider.
Correspondence Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a correspondence site for a provider.
Admin Only indicates whether this site is currently designated as an administrative-only site for a provider.
