To access this page, complete the following steps:

Display the Claim List page.

Click the
icon in the History column of the Claim List table for the selected claim.
Use this page to view the history of a claim and/or the original submitted claim required reprocessing by the CFO at the providers request.
The Claim History page is available to the following user role(s) within the Georgia Babies Can't Wait Child Care Management application:
Coordinator (service coordinators/intake coordinators)
District (case administrators)
Provider (service providers)
State (CFOs and state staff)
