Provider Search

This page allows you to enter information such as a provider name, ZIP code, payee name or specialty to search for a provider and, depending on how this page is displayed, select a provider to add to the child record.

The Provider Search page is available to the following user role(s) within the Georgia Babies Can't Wait Child Care Management application:

 

To access this page, complete the following steps:

On the main menu bar:

  • On the Home menu, select the Provider Search menu option.

On the Child Detail page:

  • In the Primary Service Provider section, click the Add button.

  • Select the Child is Served by a PSP Team radio button.

  • Click the Provider link.

OR

  • On the Child Detail menu, select the IFSP menu option.  A sub-menu displays.

  • Select the IFSP Team sub-menu option.  The IFSP Team Members page displays.

  • Click the Add button.

  • Select the Activated radio button.

  • Click the Provider link.

Searching for Providers

You can enter information in one or more of the fields on this page to search for providers and view detailed provider information.
