Monthly Fee Determination

This page allows you to view and enter fee determinations for a child.

The Monthly Fee Determination page is available to the following user role(s) within the Georgia Babies Can't Wait Child Care Management application:

 

To access this page, complete the following steps:

On the Home page:

  • In the Medicaid/Insurance section, select the Medicaid Ineligible(s) link.  The Medicaid Ineligible Children page displays.

  • Select filter criteria from the drop-down list.

  • Double-click on a child record in the table.

OR

  • In the Medicaid/Insurance section, select the Consent Needed link.  The Consent Needed page displays.

  • Select filter criteria from the drop-down lists.

  • Double-click on a child record in the table.

OR

  • In the Family Cost Participation section, select the Annual FCP Reviews Overdue link.  The Annual FCP Review Overdue Annual FCP Review Overdue page displays.

  • Select filter criteria from the drop-down lists.

  • Double-click on a child record in the table.

On the Child Detail page:

  • On the Child Detail menu, select the FCP & Insurance menu option.  A sub-menu displays.

  • Select the Cost Participation sub-menu option.

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, the page displays differently and some information may be disabled or unavailable.

Managing Monthly Fee Determination Information

You can manage detailed fee determination information for a child on this page by viewing and entering data as necessary.
