Use this tutorial to view and filter the list of children that currently have aging family cost participation accounts on the FCP Participant Aging page.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:
Display the FCP Participant Aging page.

Select filter criteria from the District drop-down list. The available district descriptions for your state are displayed. No location is selected by default.
View the list of child records in the FCP Aging table.

FCP Participant Aging page (results found)
The table contains a list of all child records applicable for the district selected. Detailed information about the children displays in the following columns of the table:
Child Name displays the child's first and last name.
Days Aged displays the total number of days the family cost participation account has aged.
SC Or Admin Location/Phone displays the district name and telephone number.
Head of Household displays the first and last name of the person designated as head of the household.
Current Fee displays the total dollar amount of the fee.
Cost Participation displays the cost participation percentage.
AR Account/Balance displays the unique identification number of the AR account and the account's current balance.
Last Payment displays the date on which the last payment was made.
Total Payments displays the total dollar amount of all payments made on the account.
30 Day Notice Sent displays the date on which the 30 Day Notice was sent.
90th Day displays the date on which the 90th day occurred.
Suspension Date displays the date on which the account was suspended.
The data in these columns of the table is read-only.
