Tutorial: View a List of My BIBS Kids

Use this tutorial to view and filter the list of child records on the My BIBS Kids page.

NOTE:  Depending on the method of access and your current permissions, this tutorial may not be available.

Complete the following steps to perform this tutorial:

  1. Display the My BIBS Kids page.

NOTE:  This page contains collapsible data.  Sections can be collapsed by clicking the [-] beside the section heading.  Click the [+] to expand the section.

NOTE:  Select the first filter criteria from the Child Status drop-down list.

  • Select IFSP to display all child records in a current IFSP period for the current date.

  • Select Transition to display children over the age of 2 years and 6 months based on the current date and the child's date of birth.

  • Select Compensatory IFSP to display child records where the IFSP type is Compensatory IFSP, the child is currently in an active Activation Period, and the IFSP period is active as of the current date.

  • Select Summer Service Coordination (3 year olds) to display child records where the child's birthday falls between April 1st and September 8th, the IFSP type is Summer Service Coordination (3 year olds), the child is in a current IFSP period as of the current date, and the child's record is active.

  • Select Inactive to only display results that are currently inactive.

  • Select Active to only display results that are currently active.

  • Select All to display all results available.

Select the second filter criteria from the District drop-down list.  The available district descriptions for your state are displayed.  No location is selected by default.

  1. View the list of child records in the My BIBS Kids table.

The table contains a list of all child records applicable for the district selected.  Detailed information about the children displays in the following columns of the table:

The data in these columns of the table is read-only.

NOTE:  If no results are found, the table displays a single row containing the text: "No Records Found".  For more information about tables, see the Tables topic.
